Californian full body massage is a flowing oil massage, that has its origins in a unique combination of effective massage techniques.
Elements from classical, esalen and holistic massage are combined with intensive breathing and energy work. Characteristics are broad sweeping stroking movements as well as targeted work on individual tension points, loosening, stretching and energy harmonising hand holding. Californian massage can be full body or focus on specific areas (e.g. the back).
